The builder may be used for personal resume creation, educational workshops, and internal training. Commercial resale, white-labeling, or repackaging without attribution is prohibited.

By accessing the app, you agree to these terms. We designed them to keep the project sustainable, ethical, and community-friendly.
Intellectual property
The software is released under an open-source license. The brand name “ResumeArchitect” and associated marks remain the property of the maintainers. You retain ownership of all content you create.
No warranties
The application is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, job offers, ATS scores, or compatibility with every employer platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including lost opportunities, data loss, or third-party actions.
User content responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you create. Do not input confidential or proprietary information without authorization.
Third-party services
Optional integrations and services, including Gemini API, Google Analytics, and the app's server-rendered PDF export endpoint, are governed by their own operational constraints and any infrastructure you deploy them on.
